What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All charters come with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and simple refreshments. Each charter type has unique inclusions — for instance, sunset cruises offer upgraded beverages and appetizers, whereas corporate charters come with meeting tools and tailored food options for businesses.
How far in advance should I book?
Planning ahead is suggested, ideally 2–3 weeks before your intended date, particularly if booking in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings or private celebrations, arranging 4–6 weeks prior can secure better availability and allow for detailed personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the instance of unfavorable weather deemed risky by our captain, we'll propose an alternate date or issue a complete reimbursement. We actively track the weather and will reach out to you if potential issues are forecasted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, you are free to bring personal food and drinks. We also offer a range of catering services with customizable menu options to suit your taste. For safety measures, please avoid any glass containers on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our goal is to accommodate guests with various needs. Some vessels are more equipped for accessibility than others. Discuss your specific requirements with us upon booking, and we will advise the most appropriate yacht and arrange any required assistance.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund applies to cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. Cancellations done between 24 and 72 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable unless the reason is unsuitable weather or mechanical issues on our part.
